    Well if you have done biometric with uscis prevously on other cases uscis use previously taken bio for u visa cases. But they should send you the reciept notice .

    January 2017 sent for fingerprints applied from outside the country haven’t heard nothing since then

    Case transferred to Nebraska April 19, 2019

    Biometrics: October 2016

    Applied in March 2016. Biometrics done in a couple of months later....Nothing heard since then. Case doesnt appear while we search, however, EAD receipt says the case was received in March 2016 and fees were waived.....

    Receipt date i918 in February 2016
    Biometrics done.
    No response since.
    Online status shows case received and fees for i918 waived. Does not mention other application forms sent along the i918.
    No case transfer.

    Hi Shelly,

    The Vermont Service Center is processing U Visa Applications from May 18, 2015. (I checked it today Aug 17, 2019). Have you heard anything? Please let us know.
