Visitor VISA - Visiting US for first time, "Stay Limitted per SII No EOS/COS" on i94

    Hi Shah,

My Mother came to US for the first time. "Stay Limitted per SII No EOS/COS" on her i94. She came to US on dec 1st 2014. And she got only 4 months of stay in US upto march 31st.
We have booked her return ticket also on may 29th.

Is it ok to file for an extension for her. Whether it will cause any issues for the future entries.

    Please suggest me.

    Thanks,
    leena.

It will not cause an issue but the chance of denial is high since they mention limited COS (Change of Status). In case there is no approval and it is denied, after the deadline she will be accruing unlawful presence which can result in revocation of her tourist visa. Feel free to call us at 510 7425887
