Hello Mgv05, congratulations. If you don't mind me asking. Before you got DA, did you receive any other news (e.g. Request of evidence) ? Or you just received the news you were granted with DA?

Was your status case updated after you received DA?

Did you apply for a work permit after you got DA? I'd take you aproximately another 6 months to receive it.

It took you 4 years and 10 months to receive Deferred Action. It means 58 months after your application was received. This information matches with the current Estimated Time Range from the current USCIS processing time.

I am sorry for the many questions I asked you. I hope you have a chance to answer me. I am trying to calculate my DA granted month which would be in March or April of 2021 based on your dates.

Congratulations again. DA means a lot. It's a matter of time to receive your U visa.

    Hi,
Thank you and no problem at all.

I didnt recieve any RFE.. after waiting for 58 months, I received the DA notice.. what was weird because on the same day the letter was dated.. on my uscis account there was an update that the “request of withdrawal” was granted. I was so devastated because why would i do that. Ive waited so long. I have never requested that nor my lawyer... then my lawyer called me saying they received the actual notice in their office, and it was the DA approval and not withdrawal. It only shows the online account is not accurate at all... we filed the work permit and it should arrive approx. 6 months. Good luck to you!
