    Can u visa be denied after DA granted?

    I have a question if you’re on DA already can USCIS still deny my uvisa?

    Yes. It doesn’t happen often but yes it can.

    That’s not true. If someone leaves the US they have to get waivers again. They won’t be able to return in DA status so they have to wait for the U to be approved. The U visa can be denied after getting DA if they choose to deny your case for whatever reason. Simply getting DA doesn’t mean you are guaranteed a visa. In some cases the application is denied after a full check is done. I said it doesn’t happen much anymore because they usually investigate and approve the application before waitlist status but there are times when they do it after.

    I just checked that on my i918 application my attorney added one more day on my arrival date in this country so immigration knows the exact date but they asked for that but the attorney made that mistake adding one mere day
