So, I think this is the time I would like to post my timelines as well so that It will give you rough timeline who are waiting for...!

    Sept 2013 Filed U1 visa.
    Oct 2014 RFE for U1 visa.
    June 2015 U1 visa approved but deferred action.

    Oct 2015 U1 visa approved with 4 year EAD card.

    Nov 2018 applied for adjustment of status.
    Nov 3rd week 2018 went for biometrics.

    Apr 3rd week of 2019, approved I 765 and got EAD for 1 year.

    May 24th 2019 my adjustment of status approved.. yay..


    I hope these timelines will help someone who been waiting for.

    Thank god, I was not even expecting either but It was quick without rfe. but got an rfe for U1 visa with many questions.

    Thanks everyone. Be strong and spend enough time on paperwork even though you are working with attorney since it is a game changer in our life. Attorneys might not know what you have and what else you can provide on getting adjustment of status. Good luck everyone :-).

    Congrats!!! I applied for aos in December, biometrics in January and receive extension on work permit in May, few days ago I got a RFE and are asking for copies of my passport again. Hopefully I will get approve also

    Congratulations!

    May I ask you if you married or single?
    I'm on u visa status, and my husband is on DACA.

    Since we got married just before my u visa approval, he needs to apply I-929 and showing extra hardship if he leave USA.
    And I feel that is the hardest part to approve it.

    Can you share your case please?
