This is the information that I obtained from my case.
    USCIS FOIA Receipt 3/30/15
    I-918 Receipt 7/17/15
    I-192 Receipt 7/17/15

I have not heard that my case has been moved. Nor I have received any news on anything else.

    Hi,
For instance, my FOIA receipt is from March 2015, but my I-918 receipt is from July 2015. Should count the waiting time from March or July? Thanks

I heard from my lawyer that it depends on the crime that you were victim to. That sometimes more heinous crimes are looked into quicker. Sorry couldn't offer more help

You should count it from the day the I-918 was initially received.

Providence: Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) has provided the public the right to request access to records from any federal agency. It is often described as the law that keeps citizens in the know about their government. Federal agencies are required to disclose any information requested under the FOIA unless it falls under one of nine exemptions which protect interests such as personal privacy, national security, and law enforcement.
