Apply for I-192 and raise your case as expedite with USCIS stating you are waiting on it for consular processing. If you get really close to 90 days past approval notice date, DO NOT WAIT for i-192 and go for it.

No questions at Consulate or airport, thats wonderful, I guess they know they someone with U Visa has already had enough, no need to give more headache. Thats great to hear. Hope this will encourage abroad applicants. So many people are waiting for Consular Processing. No questions for us would be a great relief. Yes, I guess we have to come over to the Consulate and say I have an approved U Petition and just show the paperwork. I hope interview will be no headache for everyone. We've had enough already. Thank you Jesus for U Visa program so we can restart our lives. Everyone please be strong to wait.

    Hello All, need your inputs.

i have applied for U-Visa and application was received by USCIS on August 14 of 2014
Took Bio metrics on Sept 2014 and from that time no news at all. my Case Status says the same thing from almost 3 years now.

On August 14, 2014, we received your case and waived the filing fee for your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization , Receipt Number EAC1XXXXXXXXXX. We mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by September 13, 2014, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

what i can do now.... like the dates have been moved to August 25 of 2014 in the portal for VSC Center. thankyou for the help! please suggest me if i need to do anything!
